The South Carolina Minority Coaches Association (SCMCA) is a foundation dedicated to empowering and supporting minority coaches across the state of South Carolina. SCMCA provides mentorship, professional development, advocacy, and resources that help coaches reach their team and personal goals. Through education, networking, and leadership development, SCMCA works to strengthen coaching pathways, promote equity in athletics, and positively impact student-athletes and communities statewide.
